Formation of managerial competencies in the structure of designing educational trajectories

چکیده

Педагогическая практика является инвариантной составляющей в профессиональной подготовке будущих учителей, обеспечивающей приобретение компетентностей условиях реальной школьной образовательной среды. Мы видим противоречие между требованиями стандарта высшего образования (проекта), профессионального учителя и комплексом необходимых условий, обеспечивающих развитие профессиональных компетенций соискателей образования. Итак, встает вопрос определения взаимосвязи компонентами среды, котором достигаются возможность реализации индивидуальной траектории студента, раскрытие творческого потенциала, самореализация профессиональное саморазвитие. Идея, положенная основу нашего исследования, заключается том, что типы среды не существуют изолированно друг от друга, они могут интегрироваться – совмещать несколько видов локальных сред одно, приводит к усилению их влияния на профессионально значимых качеств личности. Поскольку педагогическая обеспечивает адаптацию учителей условиям профессионально-педагогической деятельности компетентностей, нужно создать специфическую образовательную среду. Мы, с одной стороны, имеем частичное непонимание преподавателями необходимости путей комплексного измерения а другой недостаточную обеспеченность этого процесса действенными педагогическими технологиями, актуальной научно-практической проблемой настоящего времени. Pedagogical practice is an invariant component in the professional training of future teachers, ensuring acquisition competencies a real school educational environment. We see contradiction between requirements higher education standard (project), teacher's and set necessary conditions that ensure development applicants for education. So, question arises determining relationship components environment, which possibility realizing individual trajectory student, disclosure creative potential, self-realization self-development are achieved. The idea underlying our research types environment do not exist isolation from each other, they can integrate combine several local environments into one, leads to increase their influence on professionally significant personality traits. Since pedagogical ensures adaptation teachers activity competencies, it create specific On one hand, we have partial misunderstanding by necessity ways complex measurement other insufficient provision this process with effective technologies, urgent scientific practical problem present time.
